We have been working with for a couple of years helping to improve all aspects of her performance. This hard working, versatile young lady has stacked up both State and New England titles as well as reached all American status in the Long Jump and on the track. Coach Anthony serves as our Director of Group Athletic Performance at our Prospect, Connecticut location. He works with athletes across all levels, from youth to collegiate competitors. In addition to leading group training, he provides private coaching for many of our lacrosse, soccer, football, and other field sport athletes.
