“It’s not the right time “, “Not now”, “I’m too busy”, “I’m too tired”, “I’m not in shape”, and the list can go on. Yes sometimes, some of the above are true, but also, we all know that they won’t last forever. We will find time to go out with friends, to go out partying, but we’ll choose an excuse for the most important thing in our life: HELPING OUR BODY TO STAY HEALTHY!!! It’s so easy to procrastinate, we’re all guilty of that, sometimes, but the truth is, IF YOU REALLY WANT IT, YOU CAN DO IT!!!
Yes, you will get tired at first, but in time, YOU’LL START TO LOVE THAT FEELING!
Yes, you will feel like quitting sometimes, BUT YOU’LL LEARN THAT A STRONG MIND CAN CONQUER ANYTHING!!!
Yes, you will hate it sometimes, BUT EVENTUALLY IT WILL BECOME A WAY OF LIFE FOR YOU!
We don’t need motivation, WE NEED DISCIPLINE!!!
