Effective immediately: I am teaching Zumba on Tuesday evenings at Crunch fitness in Mount Prospect at 5:30 PM! Keep your eyes open and check the schedule because I am adding a Thursday evening at 5:30. That class will be a strength class. Let’s get in summer shape together!

All right I have started my new job and I’m getting settled in. First things first. I’m going to start designing a Zumba Class to be done via Zoom. Probably in March. If interested, let me know.
