70 years young and still throwing down 💪

Paul turned 70 this year and continues to show up, put in the work, and inspire everyone in the gym. While a lot of people his age are slowing down, Paul is still deadlifting, rowing, and pushing himself alongside athletes half his age.

He’s proof that CrossFit isn’t just for the young or the elite. It’s for anyone willing to show up, work hard, and take care of their health.

Strength doesn’t have an age limit.
Fitness doesn’t have an expiration date.
