After last year off, we're prepping for another year at Shrewsbury Renaissance Faire !!
Catch us the second weekend of September!

In the meantime, practices and lessons will continue as normal, as long as smoke and fires allow

Barn days coming up!!

Sunday 19th and Sunday 26th are the next days out at the barn! Had a quick jaunt to Texas for a month and now back and ready to rock! 10am to 4pm

Come out for a lesson or guided practice, your horse or mine. (Limited) Equipment provided.

After a VERY long break, we're getting things fired up again!

We've been granted permission to continue using our old "home", but it does need some TLC. The arena is halfway "complete", and round pen is functional, but has taken many man hours and materials, and will require more.

If you'd like to come out and help, I'm more than happy to trade an hour of work for an hour of lessons, your horse or one of mine. If you can't donate time or are physically unable but would still like to help, we have a venmo , where every $100 will get you an hour of lessons.

Our next scheduled day out is May 17th from 10am-? and are on an alternating week schedule but feel free to reach out with whatever days work for your schedule

New kid on the block!

Opie is a 7 year old mustang from the Warm Springs HMA. Goofy, sweet, and gets along with semis. A very Good Kid™️

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sis, our greatest warhorse.

After being in my life for more than 20 years, on Monday the 8th, we let her go to green pastures where the wild cheeseburgers grow. She was 34 pushing 35, mostly blind, and had been living with equine dementia for a while but finally looked better than she had in several years! Retirement tends to do that to us.

She was a steadfast old girl who was the first ride of MANY small children and horseback archers, and will be sorely missed-There have been MANY tears shed in the last couple days. We started the horseback archery journey together and while hers has ended with a whispered sigh, she gave myself and so many others the courage, skill, and motivation to continue on.

Despite all sorts of tribulations this year, we're still looking forward to being back "home" next weekend!

Another year at Shrewsbury Renaissance Faire is in the books!

Thank you all who came out and cheered us on! We hope you had as much fun as we did and hope to see you next year!
