Just a friendly PSA…

Please make sure we are picking up after ourselves. There have been a lot of things left out lately. Weights need to be reracked, mats put away, weights unloaded off of equipment, benches returned to proper spots, bars put where they belong and loose equipment put back on a shelf. If everyone does their part it provides the cleanest environment for everyone. Appreciate everyone taking just a minute to lend a hand. 👊🏻

SUMMER SPEED AND AGILITY CLASSES

We are excited to announce we will be adding some summer speed and agility classes. They will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-2pm. Classes are free to members or $5 per class for nonmembers. Jack Lied will be our instructor for the summer sessions. Please reach out to Jennifer at 309 635-2942 with any questions.

Lots and lots of weights and equipment being left out. Please help us help our cleaning crew by putting ANY used weights or equipment away. It’s OUR space so we all need to do OUR part in picking up after ourselves. We appreciate your help!

SCHOOL RECORDS ARE DROPPING

Success is contagious…. Congrats to our very own Dawson Freres for breaking the 200m jr high school record today at a conference track meet in Glasford with a time of 26.41. Goals are meant to be achieved… keep setting the standard high! If you see Dawson be sure to give him a fist bump and maybe a congrats.
