Grateful to have been part of this beautiful wellness gathering hosted by embraceyourhealthnow in Princeton , NJ where women’s health, especially perimenopause and menopause, was at the heart of every conversation.
As a yoga educator and wellness vendor, it was deeply meaningful to connect, learn, and share simple yet powerful tools for nervous system regulation.
I offered a complimentary Yoga Nidra session, and I’m truly thankful for the openness and curiosity so many of you brought to the practice. Yoga Nidra is such a gentle way to support deep relaxation, emotional balance, and rest for an overstimulated nervous system.
