The Friday Fall Match play was scheduled indoors but we had a fat cup outside because the weather was so lovely. We chose themes of gratitude in honor of all of the victims and service people impacted by 9/11. Congratulations to the team Hope who earned the most points in closely contested matches. Registration is open and juniors are ready for a great session of tennis lessons. Coach Scott is certified in footwork and will be running High Performance clinics for 10 and under players who are experienced and ready to advance. Register on CourtReserve or contact Scott.

Thanks to Judy, Victoria and Lexy, who volunteered their time and enthusiasm at Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day US Open kick off event at the Billie Jean National Tennis Center in Queens, NY today. What great fun and memories for all of the kids.

They did it! PRC’s Sweet Warriors went undefeated while competing in the USTA 3.0 Sectional League Championships and are heading to nationals at Orlando, Fl. Congratulations to Coach Mansour and all of the team.

Congratulations to Kaptan Karsiola, Men’s Doubles Champion, 30 and over, and finalist of the 40 and over, tournament held last weekend at Cherry Valley Country Club. Coach Kaptan is director of the Ace Program at PRC for Junior and adult and competes in USTA leagues and regional tournaments.

Today was Improvement Tuesday! Lots of different activities around the club this morning- everyone was busy, having fun on and off the courts at Camp or USTA matches, working to improve their tennis or pickleball, landscaping or bathrooms (almost completed).
