Reading these words from the women who have came to my class means more than I could ever explain. 🥹 What started as a dream to create a place where women could move their bodies, grow stronger, feel welcomed, and keep Christ at the center has turned into such a beautiful community. This is so much more than a workout to me. It’s faith, strength, encouragement, friendship, and women supporting women. It’s beautiful, and has given me a purpose again. 🩷
