TIGERS ON THE PODIUM AT WORLDS 🥈🥉🥉

A massive congrats to the 3 Tigers who claimed podium finishes at the 2026 World Championships in Amsterdam this week. That was some truly insane racing to close out the international season!

David Bewicke-Copley ‘20 and the GB M8+ 🇬🇧 came within 0.06 seconds of the World title in one of the craziest finishes ever in the M8+, ending with silver. Pat Long ‘25 and the Australia M8+ 🇦🇺 weren’t far behind in bronze. Every boat on the M8+ podium went under the previous World Best Time.

In the M1x, Jonas Juel ‘22 🇳🇴 held onto third place by 0.09 seconds to claim a bronze medal of his own.

Last weekend capped a truly amazing showing for the Tiger Heavies at U23 Worlds. Princeton had 14 heavyweight rowers competing for 5 different countries and earned 9 medals (4 gold, 4 silver, 1 bronze).

14 Princeton heavyweight rowers are competing this week in Duisburg, Germany for the U23 World Championships. Racing begins on Thursday with heats for each event.
