What an incredible weekend for the 2016B Solar Madrid squad! Playing up in the U11 division and going 3-0 with 17 goals scored and only 5 allowed is outstanding. Even more impressive to be leading 2-0 in the semifinals before severe weather stopped the match. Super proud of these boys and the way they competed all weekend long.

Coach Mikaela not only led her team to a D1 Classic League qualification bye this season, but they have also earned the opportunity to compete at the ECNL level next year — an incredible accomplishment that reflects the hard work, commitment, and determination of the entire team.

These girls have put in countless hours on and off the field to create this opportunity for themselves, and they should be extremely proud of everything they’ve achieved. Their dedication and growth throughout the season have truly paid off.

Now the focus turns to the next challenge: continuing to grind, develop, and prepare for the demands of competing at the next level.
