We start as young as 3 years old and have been teaching families across NJ since 1989. We have 9 locations throughout New Jersey. Black Belt America is the premier martial arts school in New Jersey with nine locations in Elizabethport, Franklin Lakes, Freehold, Marlboro, Manasquan, Midland Park, Morganville, Wall Twp, and Princeton Junction. As professionals in the martial arts, we have dedicated our lives to the betterment of our sport and operate with the goal of educating children and adults to become both physically and emotionally strong. Our instructors are trained to teach with both motivation and encouragement. By encouraging students their motivation to excel comes from within. To us, this is truly the best form of leadership. Back-to-School Nerf Day is coming to Black Belt America of Princeton Junction!

Join us for an action-packed afternoon of Nerf games, challenges, and friendly competition. Family and friends are welcome!

Saturday, September 19th, 2026
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Ages 5 & up
FREE Admission
Limited to 40 participants

For safety reasons, children must be able to independently load and operate their own Nerf gun, including pulling the trigger. Even if your child is age 5 or older, please do not register them if they are unable to operate their Nerf gun independently and safely.

What to Expect

Fun and active Nerf games
Sharpshooting competition
Family and friends welcome
Kids vs. Adults battle during the final 20 minutes

All participants must bring their own Nerf gun and darts. Parents are also welcome to bring a Nerf blaster and join the Kids vs. Adults battle!

Please Note: The 12:00 PM Black Belt Class and Teen/Adult Class on Saturday, September 19th will be canceled due to the event.

Tornado kicks can be challenging to control because of the powerful rotational force, making it easy to lose balance after the kick.

Today, our students worked on understanding their center axis and developing better control through rotational drills—building the balance, coordination, and control needed for a stronger Tornado Kick.

Black Belt Club Hands Technique Class

Today, our students practiced using the slip to defend against punches and learned how to turn that upper-body movement into an effective counterpunch.

By training punches to the head and the defensive skills that are less emphasized in sport Taekwondo, we help our students develop a more balanced and well-rounded martial arts skill set.
