✨ MEET MS. RACHEL! ✨

Behind every great dance studio is someone who believes in the power of dance—and for Art of Rhythm Dance Company, that’s Rachel! ❤️🖤💛

Rachel is the Founder & Director of Art of Rhythm Dance Company, bringing over 20 years of experience in the dance industry. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, she is passionate about creating a nurturing and inspiring environment where dancers can explore their creativity, strengthen their technique, and grow through quality dance education.

She loves watching dancers discover their confidence, find their passion, and grow both inside and outside the studio. From teaching classes to running the studio, she wears many hats—but being part of each dancer’s journey is her favorite!

As we begin Season 6, Rachel is so excited for another amazing year filled with growth, friendship, laughter, and lots of dancing!

Get ready to meet the amazing talent bringing the exciting world of baton twirling to Art of Rhythm Dance Company!
Erin brings incredible energy and passion for baton to ARDC. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Erin now teaches virtually to students across the country!
With an impressive 23 years of teaching baton, Erin is passionate about sharing her love of the sport with a new generation. She believes in creating a supportive dance family where students can grow, thrive, encourage one another, and celebrate each other’s accomplishments.
Now, let’s get to know Erin a little better!

We are so excited to have Erin sharing her experience, passion, and love of baton with the ARDC family! We know she’s going to inspire our twirlers to reach for new goals, challenge themselves, and have FUN along the way!

We’re so excited to shine the spotlight on Rebekah! 💃🖤
Rebekah has mentored students in the performing arts at several local studios and currently serves as a proud member of the ARDC Performance Company. A graduate of Richard Bland College, she holds an Associate Degree in Science.
Her choreography has earned high scores and special Judge’s Choice awards at competitions, and her energetic teaching style and innovative choreography encourage dancers to push their limits, build confidence, and explore their creativity.

Haleigh brings strength, passion, and a love for the art of dance to Art of Rhythm Dance Company. With a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Shenandoah University and a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Mary Baldwin University, she combines her passion for dance with her commitment to helping others through rehabilitation.
Her incredible choreography has earned top winning awards at competitions, and she continues to inspire our dancers while sharing her love for the art. We are so lucky to have her as part of the ARDC family!

✨ MEET Ms. KENNEDY! ✨
We’re so excited to welcome Kennedy to the Art of Rhythm Dance Company family! 💃❤️
Kennedy brings a fresh and inspiring passion for dance to ARDC. A VCU graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, she spent three years on the university’s hip-hop dance team and served as team president. During that time, she choreographed routines, led practices, mentored dancers, and helped organize performances.
Today, Kennedy serves as a team advisor and is passionate about helping dancers grow, build confidence, and shine both on and off the stage. ✨
We’re excited to have Kennedy sharing her creativity, energy, and love of dance with our dancers this season! ❤️🖤💛

We’re excited to have Ava sharing her creativity, passion, and love of dance with Art of Rhythm Dance Company!
Ava brings a fresh and creative perspective to dance. Throughout her dance career, she has received recognition for artistic ex*****on, musicality, storytelling, overall performance, a national title, and a choreography award for her original work during her senior year. 🏆
Today, Ava continues to share her love of dance by teaching technique and choreographing for ARDC’s Competition Team. She is passionate about inspiring young dancers to follow their dreams and continue exploring their love for dance and self-expression. She recently received a certificate in applied dance anatomy for screening and informed teaching

We’re so excited to have Ava continuing to inspire and encourage the next generation of dancers at ARDC! 🖤❤️💛

Destiny enjoys working with dancers of all levels while growing her experience in teaching and choreography. Dance has helped build her discipline, work ethic, and dedication, while giving her a creative outlet to express herself.
