Another amazing kids class at fierce mma and fitness . Do you want your kids to learn discipline and respect while learning self defense ? Bring them to fierce mma! We had an amazing women’s self defense seminar today . Went over some striking and some grappling. To be able to handle street self defense !!!! If you missed it stay tuned to our page as we will do it again in another 4-6 weeks

We are changing our hours at our front desk to better accommodate our members !!!!! Our new schedule will be Monday through Thursday 10am to 8pm and Friday 10 am to 4pm . This will take effect starting Monday April 20th
