Join Dow's Karate in Huntington and East Carbon. In Huntington our classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. In East Carbon our classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 6 pm. All it takes is for you to decide to come in. I am always proud of people who decide to do something and not just sit at home. If you are looking for something for the whole family to do, try this out. If you are interested, you can try a week free in Huntington and 2 weeks free in East Carbon. This is for everyone who is thinking, what to do with the kids now that school is out. Bring them to Dow's Karate, to keep them active and out of trouble. We teach Discipline, Honor, Respect and if there are any adults that would like to get started, the best move you can do is come in. You don't have to be in shape to join in, you just need the desire to do something, but all you have to do is decide to come in. We have classes in Huntington and East Carbon. In Huntington are classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5 to 7 pm. Saturday they are at 10 am. In East Carbon, they are on Tuesday and Thursday at 5 to 6 pm. In Huntington the monthly fee is $60. We do offer a family discount, if there are more in the family who would like to join. In East Carbon, the monthly fee is $45, also with a family discount. Right now, we are offering a full week of classes for free for anyone to try. Dow's Karate teaches the art of Tang Soo Do. It is the Traditional art of Korea. This is for all former Dow's Karate students. I would just like to say that I am very sorry for not carrying on with some things that I had planned. I feel really bad that I did not give you the training you needed. To any one else, if you feel that you are not learning what you need, tell me. As our Choong Jae Nim says, "We all learn from our students". If I need to break the classes down more, I'll do it, but I need you to tell me. I'm very sorry. Thank you.

This is for all Dow's Karate students. First off I want to thank our Choong Jae Nim for making me take part in this Masters and Black belt seminar and testing. I would also like to thank my wife for making my flight possible. For all my students, what I learned this weekend just goes to show you that I'm just a human being. I make mistakes just like you do. I want to let you know that the main thing that we learned this weekend is that we need a strong foundation in Tang Soo Do, to be able to make ourselves better as human beings. our main goal is to perfect stances, techniques, our attitudes and our spirit. I will be making school schedule changes to accommodate blue belt classes and Black belt classes. Even if I am the only black belt that will be in that class, it gives me time to practice what i have learned and teach. I just need a commitment from you to as much as you possibly can to improve yourself. I am very sorry to have let you down and not pushed you like I should have, but all that is changing. Please hang in there with me and we will do this together. Thank you for being my students and I will see you in class. Remember, we are learning the best martial art and from our only Master C. S.
