We’ll help you learn the workouts, get comfortable and find the classes that fit your schedule. Your membership includes our Foxy 101 beginner sessions plus access to any other class on the Foxy Fitness schedule.

Foxy 101 is for the woman who wants to start working out but feels nervous, intimidated, out of shape, or just doesn’t know where to begin.

You’ll start with other beginners, learn the workouts and equipment, and build your confidence before jumping into regular classes.

And the best part? Foxy 101 is included with your Foxy Fitness membership. No extra charge.

Our last group came in nervous too… and watching their confidence grow has been one of my favorite things. ❤️
