Classes are instructed by Personal Trainer, and multiple Black Belt holder, Troy Burchett at Pro-Fitness Multisports located in Prestonsburg Kentucky. In addition to practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, students also learn a variety of other skills and techniques which Troy has acquired over his 20+ years of experience in various Martial Arts. "Welcome to our site. We are happy to have you. I am honored and privileged to be a small part of the Carlson Gracie Kentucky Team. Also, to be affiliated with the Pikeville Combat Sports. I truly enjoy BJJ and want to thank my instructor Sidney L Cline III along with Aaron Goble and all my friends at the Pikeville Combat Sports. BJJ is the hardest thing that you will ever love and it's well worth the pain. We have adult classes along with kid's programs. BJJ is not about fighting. You will learn honor, discipline and repect along with the ability to defend yourself.
