Great night tonight with the lady cats winning the first round of the state volleyball tournament. Extremely proud of these young ladies, Kinley Stephens, , Tiffany Cline and Aly Akers for their great job at color guard tonight.

Shelby Valley will be hosting pre season games on November 21st as the Pike County Classic tips off with four great games.

Great Basketbal action and one senior off of each team will receive a $250 scholarship. If you’re in the Pike. County area stop by Shelby Valley High School and check out the actions.

Congratulations to Jillenah Blackburn on winning the Copperhead Rifle Raffle. Proceeds went to the Shelby Valley JROTC so thanks to all who participated and to Copperhead Gun and Range for handling the raffle.
