We got another new piece of equipment coming next week ..the new Arsenal Strength Overhead Tricep Extension will be added to the gym floor later next week…we will always continue to bring the best equipment in the industry to our members..our promise to you for your support is to continue to provide the best and most up to date facility we can!!!..Our goal is to set the standard when it comes to supporting our members and providing them with the best equipment and best environment possible!!

The nest piece of equipment that will arrive next weekend is the Cybex EAGLE Row…very sought after back row machine..Cybex is no longer in business and the eagle line of equipment is considered there best series ..there will be two additional pieces of the EAGLE series Equipment coming along wit the back row!!!

New addition to the gym ..an in house custom standing Viking press selector build …this was a machine we had laying around that we did some fabrication work on and converted into this Viking press …I could be wrong but I believe this is probably the only actual selector version of this machine around..we still have some fabrication to finish up and then it will be sent off to get a custom powder coating in a few weeks …

The old school cybex glute kickback machine is at the gym..this is the first of 3 new glute machines being added to the gym line up..the next two are new pieces being made from glute builder !!!
