Kids Class starts this week! Every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday all summer long. Ages 7-11. $20 a day. Show up with something to drink and be ready to train 💪 11 o’clock or 12 o’clock.

Starting next week, we will move to having classes to every hour like we do in the summer.

Busy season has hit early and we want to make sure quality is as high as possible.

This move will allow us to have multiple coaches per station so each kid gets higher quality instruction.

, Ryan Smith signed with the University of the Cumberlands today! Ryan is a 5x region champ, 5x state placer, & 2x state finalist. Dedicated is an understatement as he somehow managed to train with us even through his grueling senior wrestling season, showing up early before school hours to fit it in his schedule. We are excited to train him for the next level & look forward to his wrestling career as a Patriot. Great job,
