❄️ Winter Break Schedule ❄️

We’ll have limited practices over the break with a couple optional open mats. Check the schedule carefully and be there when we’re on the mat 🤼‍♂️

On the days we don’t have practice, you’re still expected to work out on your own. Conditioning, drilling, lifting, running.. do something every day! Champions are made when no one is watching 🏆

Enjoy the break, but stay disciplined, the Mile High Challenge is right around the corner 🔥

This was a tough tournament with hard matches, but these athletes showed resilience and heart!

They battled through every match, learned along the way, and grinded it out until the end. This experience will only make them stronger. On to the next one! 🤼‍♂️🔥
