WHAT?
Dress up in your best 🎃 halloween 🎃 costume, and jam out under the blacklights! Class will be high-energy to get your heart rate up. And if you've never done a spin class under the blacklights... just trust us when we say, it is F-U-N! For extra flare, wear bright colors, funky patterns, and white accents! Don't worry, the BPedal team will provide a few surprise accessories too! 🪩
This class will build the fire from within and no prior spin experience is necessary.

Join Sarah Badilla and Alyssa DuCharme for an ultra-rad, 80's-inspired spin & style PartyPEDAL!
DESCRIPTION:
Costumes encouraged: Come sporting your biggest hair (teasing and aquanet optional), and wear your best bold colors and wild prints (hello spandex, hello shiny leggings, and tube socks)! Music will be entirely 80's themed to bring some tight tunes to your ride! Afterward, we'll cool down with refreshments and some light snacks!

Join Sarah Badilla and DJ Freely for a fun Hip-Hop Themed Ride and listen to all the eras of LIVE Hip Hop*! Together, we'll dance, sing, shout, sweat and of course SPIN!
This high energy, challenging cycling class will engage all the major muscle groups of your body and build the burn from within! Afterward, we'll cool down with a little 'bubbly (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and some light snacks!

Hey BPedal Fam'! We're here with another important update...
Effective immediately, BPedal classes are cancelled through and including August 5th. Classes will resume on Saturday August 6th, with our "Grand Re-Opening Celebration"!
We know, we know, this is a surprise.
But, as you may know - over the past few weeks, we have been going through many changes and challenges at BPedal. After much consideration as a team, we've decided to take a few weeks off to give our beloved spin studio a much needed reset!
We've got some things we're excited about working on during our closure: Team building, onboarding new coaches, fun class schedule updates, maintenance & repairs, and prep work for our Grand Re-Opening Celebration!
And don't worry, we are also working for YOU (yes, even while classes are cancelled). We think BPedal clients (that's YOU) are as loyal and dedicated as they come. We're here for you, for any questions you have. We totally understand that your spin schedule is important to you, and we are here to support your workout goals - even during our closure! We're just a phone call away! 928-277-4143.
We hope to see you at our Re-Opening (there's a link in our bio to sign up)! In the meantime, enjoy the summer, or come visit us over and enjoy a free yoga class!
