On April 8, I finally made the commitment to close my ring daily. I became consistent and committed to doing rebounding and walking daily. I also made sure I have my phone on me when doing housework. It’s been three full months and 22 days of closed rings—mostly from rebounding and walking. I am committed to being the best version of me and this was another level to “Be Her” (as Ella Langley sings in one of her latest songs). I know who I want my best version to be and I am going toward her each day…and the energy of “her” is coming toward me. This is how our world of creation works! If I can do it, you can too.
