Do you want to dance away the calories? We are low impact but high energy. Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 for Zumba and Wednesdays at 10:30 for Zumba toning. No contracts, pay only when you sign up for the class! $6.00 for students outside of the Granite Dells HOA. Contact me to reserve your spot!

Come to The Adult Center on Rosser on Mondays at 11:00am. High energy and low impact. We do more than 5,000 steps every class!
