Mon/Wed - Meet at a trail or somewhere for some basic runs. We will do some track workouts as well some days

Tue/Thur - On the track for speed and plyos workouts.

Congratulations to Rylee Hobson for finishing 3rd in javelin this afternoon in the state OPEN championship. That is 3rd place for the entire state! way to go Rylee.

Everyone did a great job at day 1 of the division championship yesterday! There were a few big PRs already and the girls have been outperforming their seed to put them solidly on track to win the meet.

Kenzie - 100mH: Seeded 5th -> ranked 2nd in finals after a big PR of 15.59s
Ella - 800m: Seeded 23 -> placed 11th after an amazing race and 5s PR of 2:25.6

🥇Violet - 800m: Ran her race perfectly to win and also help push Mica Mtn down to 3rd to steal an extra 2 pts from their closest competion

🥇Rylee - Jav: Seeded 2nd -> placed 1st after matching her PR with a great series of throws in her finals

KJ - LJ: Seeded 7th -> placed 4th with a very consistent series of very solid jumps

Libby - PV: Placed 4th after just barely missing her PR

Day 2: Congrats to the girls team winning DIII Championship!
