THE LOWER BELLY ISN’T THE PROBLEM.

You’re drinking your water.
You’re hitting your workouts.
You’re walking.
You’re eating better.
You’re showing up.

And yet…

That lower belly is still hanging around like it didn’t get the memo.

Here’s the truth:

👉 Your body decides where fat comes off.
👉 You don’t get to choose the order.
👉 Spot reduction isn’t a thing.

For many women—especially over 35, postpartum, perimenopausal, stressed, under-recovered, or dealing with hormone and autoimmune challenges—the lower belly is often one of the LAST places to lean out.

That doesn’t mean what you’re doing isn’t working.

It means your body is still working through the process.

Too many people quit right before the changes become visible.

Keep lifting.
Keep walking.
Keep eating protein.
Keep sleeping.
Keep being consistent.

The answer usually isn’t more punishment.

The answer is more patience and consistency.

Meet Coach Andrea

I didn’t build ASD Fitness because fitness was easy.

I built it because life wasn’t.

Like many of the people who walk through our doors, I’ve faced challenges, setbacks, health struggles, family responsibilities, and seasons where simply showing up was the victory.

For more than 27 years, I’ve helped people become stronger—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I’ve worked with beginners, athletes, seniors, special populations, cancer survivors, prenatal and postpartum clients, and people who simply needed someone to believe in them before they believed in themselves.

ASD Fitness was built on a simple idea:

Strong at Every Stage. Built Through It. Trained For Life.

This isn’t a place for perfection.

It’s a place for progress.

Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, confidence, recovery, DEKA training, kickboxing, better health, or simply feeling like yourself again, you’ll find coaching, community, and support here.

At ASD Fitness, we don’t expect perfection.

We expect effort.

We celebrate consistency.

And we believe every person is capable of more than they think.

A lot has changed at ASD Fitness in 2026.

This year we’ve rebranded, expanded our programs, introduced Puppy Yoga, grown our Yoga offerings, increased Spartan DEKA opportunities, launched specialty strength classes, expanded nutrition coaching, hosted wellness workshops, and continued investing in education and community.

What we’re building today looks very different, than it has in the past years.

The logo changed.

The programming expanded.

The opportunities grew.

But our mission hasn’t changed.

We’re still here to help people become stronger at every stage of life.

Whether your goal is strength, weight loss, mobility, competition, confidence, recovery, or simply showing up for yourself, ASD Fitness continues to evolve so we can better serve our community.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, trained with us, referred a friend, shared a post, attended an event, or simply followed along.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come in 2026.

Maybe you’re not lazy.

Maybe you’re not unmotivated.

Maybe you’re not lacking discipline.

And maybe you’re not failing.

For years, many people with autoimmune conditions have been told to do what everyone else is doing:

Eat less.
Train harder.
Push more.
Sleep less.
Ignore the fatigue.

Then they wonder why they feel exhausted, inflamed, frustrated, and stuck.

Here’s what many people never hear:

An autoimmune body isn’t the same as a healthy, well-rested body operating with a full tank.

When your body is already managing inflammation, recovery demands, stress, medication effects, hormone fluctuations, or chronic fatigue, the answer isn’t always more.

Sometimes the answer is:
