Did you notice? Our Race Director was invited on stage with the Aaron Traffas Band to play the drums. Eric originally met Aaron over 25 years at Kansas State University. The Aaron Traffas Band has been a staple at Open Range every year welcoming our riders across the finish line. We can confidently say the drummer has nothing to worry about Eric taking over his spot.

From our first rider to our last, and from our youngest at 9 years old to those who are young at heart; YOU proved to be the best thing about Open Range. So many incredible stories were shared yesterday. What a wide range of road types, and weather conditions. You, persevered through it all! Thank YOU for making Open Range a success. Now, River says it's time to get some rest. But first, mark your calendars for April 24th, 2027, where we celebrate our 10th year in a row!
