We finished day 3 of camp with Pat Spray coming in showing some awesome stuff on top. Thank you for coming in Pat.

Tomorrow we will finish camp up out on the football field with some ultimate Frisbee. Bring your running shoes!

Reminder our annual Eagle Camp starts tomorrow 4:30 to 6:30 PM. SPHS wrestling room. Grades 4-12. If you haven't registered yet, don't worry about it. Show up, we will have forms available in the room. $60

Our thoughts are with Tomah Youth Wrestling, the Tomah community, and their families 💔💔

It is with the heaviest of hearts we share the news of the passing of one of our own, Gus Helming.

For 10 years, we had the joy of watching him grow not only as an incredible wrestler but a wonderful leader and young man. Whether it was on the mat or at the farm, Gus always worked hard and gave 100% every time. He was the teammate in every corner, offering support, a grin, or a hug. Our club feels incomplete without him.

Please keep his family in your prayers as they navigate this immense loss and the days ahead🙏

As a wrestling family and community, let's lift them up in any way we can ❤️

Tomorrow from 5 to 6:30 PM we start Freestyle and Greco practices. These will run every Tuesday and Thursday through May 7th. Come join the fun with Michael Gamboa "Gator"

Open to grades 4-12. Will make exceptions for 2nd and 3rd graders if they can stay on task.
