Some battles are bigger than the game. Some victories are measured not by the scoreboard, but by courage, strength, love, and the people who stand beside us.

This Saturday, Texas Southern Football proudly hosts our PINK GAME, honoring those fighting breast cancer and all forms of cancer, celebrating survivors, supporting families, and remembering the loved ones we’ve lost.

For Head Coach Cris Dishman, this cause is deeply personal. His niece, Claresha Dishman, courageously battled breast cancer through recurring fights for 10 years. Her strength and legacy remind us that no one should have to face this journey alone.

From diagnosis through treatment, recovery, recurrence, and beyond, WE FIGHT TOGETHER. 🎀
