Race Report: started p6 in the heat, was able to finish 5th which means to pass one car to get one passing point. This set me up to start p9 in the feature after a crash on lap one. We had a restart and I was able to keep speed and cars behind me. I was staying with the pack then there was a crash on lap 7 on the restart. I felt like something weird was happening in the rear of the car and chose to drive into the infield (so I didn’t crash someone else or make the problem worse). Turns out, the right rear axel was broke so we will get er fixed up for next week at Springfield Raceway. But, on the bright side, Mom snagged a pretty cool picture during staging.
