Sol Sisters Yoga Currently offering pop up yoga and boot camp classes in a variety of settings at this time and special events. We are two life long friends and moms.

The COVID-19 pandemic took us both out of our respective careers at various times and we realized we both had a similar dream to become yoga instructors and change our career paths to better support our families! eistic healing and wellness center; We have been given the opportunity to bring our dreams to reality bringing yoga to the Village of Poynette, WI! Jamie has a full time job, as well as a husband and son. She is a certified personal trainer and working on YOGAFIT- yoga certification at this time. Jamie can be booked for a private consultation to help meet your health and fitness goals! Kelly is an Army veteran and mother of three boys! She has a background in EMS and in clinical Dental Hygiene; She recently completed YTT-200 from a course that is recognized by the Yoga Alliance. Together we are SOLSISTERS! We can’t wait to share our journey with you!
