Powhatan family we just did something incredible together! 🤯

Thanks to your massive generosity, our recent community fundraiser brought in an astonishing $1,042 for the Fury scholarship fund. Every single dollar goes directly toward helping local families keep their kids in the game, ensuring financial hurdles never stand in the way of youth sports.

We had local spots step up in a major way, donating everything from gift cards to experiences. From Crazy Roosters and Maxey's to 1933, Rise and Grind, Waimea Bay, Frisby's, Angelas Italian Ristorante, Mexican Grill, Three Crosses, The Mercantile, the Richmond Kickers, and Powhatan Weight and Wellness, our local business network showed up big time.

There is an unmatched kind of energy in the air when opening day finally arrives and the whole community packs the sidelines. ⚽️✨

Last week brought out the absolute best of our local sports family, from the opening ceremonies and color guard presentation to the kids huddled up and ready to leave everything on the grass. Days like this remind us why we spend our weekends hauling coolers, chairs, and gear across the fields. It is about building teamwork, showing up for one another, and watching these players grow both on and off the field.

Watching these girls celebrate on opening weekend never gets old. ⚽️

There's something incredibly cool about the first game of a new season. 📅 The fresh energy, seeing all the offseason training turn into real goals and assists, it's just awesome.

Our G2012/13 squad handled it like total pros, putting up a hard-fought 2-0 win.

Beyond the numbers on the scoreboard, it’s seeing that confidence grow. They trusted each other out there, worked hard as a unit, and it paid off immediately. 🤝 We're so proud of how they represented Fury FC in their first N1 league match.This group is locked in for an exciting Fall!

Every single dollar raised goes straight toward supporting our youth players and helping families in need of financial assistance play soccer this season.

Opening Day is almost here, and Fighting Creek Park is going to be packed! ⚽🔥

We’re bringing the fun with game action on the fields, lunch from Mac Daddy’s Food Truck, face painting, giant soccer darts, temporary tattoos, and our Kindness Closet.

To make this kickoff unforgettable, we need a few extra hands on deck! Sharing just one hour of your morning to host a station or keep things running smoothly makes a huge difference for the kids.

⚽ CALLING ALL FURY FAMILIES! WE NEED YOUR OUTGROWN JERSEYS! ⚽

With new players coming off the waitlist and practices kicking off, we have several families searching for jerseys—especially Youth Small and Youth Medium red (away) and white (home) kits!

If your player has outgrown their jerseys from last season, please consider donating them to our Kindness Closet! You’ll be helping a fellow teammate get field-ready, and all Kindness Closet items are passed along to league families for just $5.

So cool scrolling past these photos of our Powhatan Fury FC coaches putting in work on the field! ⚽ Our crew spent some time in the off-season taking a 7v7 and 11v11 training course so we could bring our absolute best to the kids this season. Big shoutout to all of our volunteer coaches who constantly step up for this club!

Fury Family Kickoff was an absolute blast!

Players got the chance to meet their coaches, get familiar with their new teammates, and burn off some serious energy during our first scrimmages of the season.

From dial-in focus during drills to high-fives on the sidelines, the energy across the fields was unbelievable. Seeing the kids step out there, support each other, and build that team chemistry right from the start sets the tone for the incredible season ahead.
