Day 1 vs One Day 🤍

was a newly graduated collegiate athlete trying to figure out what to do next when she found us.

Fast forward a few years, lots of reps on the platform, lots of trust, frustrating training sessions and continuing to show up even when it didn’t feel like things were progressing.
