Exciting news: Our pool is nearing completion, with pumps fully functional and plumbing checks finalized. The water is in, and we're circulating the opening chemicals, marking a major milestone. We're eager to share this moment with you and hope you're as thrilled as we are. To celebrate, we're extending our pool hours until 11 pm on Saturday night for a spectacular late-night season kickoff. Join us for an unforgettable night of swimming under the stars!

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to everyone for their patience and understanding as we worked diligently to prepare the pool for the current season. A considerable amount of effort and work takes place behind the scenes to ensure the pool is usable and accessible to all our members. The end of last year and the beginning of this season presented similar challenges. A significant amount of trial and error and learning was required to bring everything together for this season. The filters had to be replaced, a task of considerable complexity, with each filter containing approximately 600 pounds of sand that had to be removed and replaced. The initial cleanup itself, necessary to prepare the pool for painting and fresh water, posed several challenges. Our board members worked tirelessly to overcome these obstacles. The process was slightly delayed due to the need for professional advice on the filters and addressing other minor issues. Now, I would like to request that if you encounter a board member at the pool, please take a moment to express your gratitude. These individuals not only work full-time jobs but also volunteer their time to ensure that our pool and its members can enjoy the facility throughout the season. If you have read this far, I am pleased to share the good news that the pool is nearly ready. The water is in, and we are preparing to activate the pumps. We anticipate being fully operational by Saturday, June 6, with opening hours commencing at 10 am. Although some work still needs to be completed, we plan to carry out the necessary maintenance and repairs to the deck while the pool is in operation. We look forward to seeing you at the pool. Once again, thank you for your patience and understanding.

We wanted to share a quick update on our progress toward opening the pool for the season!😎

As many of you know, our pool is 100% volunteer-driven. Every person helping with repairs, maintenance, cleaning, fundraising, and preparation is donating their time while also balancing full-time jobs, family responsibilities, and everyday life.

We are working as diligently as possible to get everything ready and safe for our community to enjoy. While we know everyone is eager to make a splash, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue making progress.

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered, donated, offered support, and cheered us on. This pool exists because of the incredible people in our neighborhood, and we’re excited to welcome everyone back as soon as we’re able (& the weather would cooperate!)

We’ll continue to provide updates as we move closer to opening day. Stay tuned, and thank you for supporting your neighborhood pool! 💙🏊‍♂️☀️

The pool is open for key pick up for the next several hours. Come on by and grab your key. Also we can sign you up and take fees if you still need to do that. Someone will be here at least until dark.

Memberships and Key Pick Ups are happening this weekend 5/23 1030a-2p, and 5/24 10a-5p. If you are unable to make it these times, no worries. Message us on the page or at [email protected] and we can coordinate a time to meet with you for membership sign up, or to collect your key. We are looking forward to seeing you all at the pool this summer.
