For our 5, 6- & 7 year-olds, shhhhhh becomes a big-kid adventure full of challenge, movement, and self-control. With more advanced activities, obstacle fun, and skill-based games, children build strength, coordination, balance, body awareness, and confidence. This class encourages them to listen carefully, move with purpose, and take pride in mastering new skills, all while keeping the experience playful, engaging, and full of energy.

Our 4-year-olds dive into shhhhhh with imagination, focus, and lots of active fun. Through balancing, jumping, climbing, and playful learning games, they strengthen coordination, balance, strength, body awareness, and independence. At this age, children are ready for a little more challenge, and this class keeps them engaged with movement, creativity, and skill-building activities that help them grow stronger, more confident, and more in control of their bodies.

For our 3-year-olds, shhhhhh becomes a playful challenge filled with quiet clues, colorful activities, and exciting movement. As they swing, jump, balance, and explore, they are building coordination, strength, body control, sensory awareness, and confidence. This age group loves the mix of imagination and action, and the class gives them plenty of chances to practice new skills while feeling successful, capable, and proud of what they can do.
