The impact she has had on our studio cannot be captured in one post and will follow JoyRyde’s growth for the rest of its days. From early mornings to late nights and everything in-between, she has challenged all of us to be more bold, passionate, and of course woo woo✨ Her ability to see the good in every scenario and relentlessly pursue all her goals & aspirations is the way we should all strive to live! We have no doubts this approach to life will serve as the ultimate launchpad into her next great adventure back home in Texas🥹🍎✏️5️⃣

The word JOY always carries meaning and significance at our studio, but today the meaning is deeper and the significance is greater. Today the 4th Advent candle was lit - the JOY candle. This candle symbolizes the joy we feel at the coming birth of Jesus Christ. Or should we say the joy we find💚) We talk so much about “being present” in class. About not living our life looking too much into the rear view mirror or through the windshield that we miss what’s happening inside the car. As we enter the week of Christmas, may you be intentional about slowing down to celebrate the true reason for the season!
