Ms. Pfau is a 2nd Degree Black Belt and loves teaching our Karate Kids! Outside of martial arts, she has quite a few other talents and hobbies…

She speaks fluent Russian
🎨 She loves drawing, sewing, reading & music
✈️ Germany & Japan are both on her travel bucket list
🥋 Karate Kids is her favorite class to teach
🍌 And one thing you definitely won’t catch her eating — she’s allergic to bananas!

Speaking an entire second language definitely earns some bonus cool points. 😂

Ms. Wilden is a 3rd Degree Black Belt and a biology major on the Pre-Med track at Ohio State! When she’s not training or studying, she has plenty of other things keeping her busy…

🍞 Last year, she learned how to bake a different type of bread every month

🥾 She hopes to hike Yosemite and/or Yellowstone someday
🪴 She does NOT have a green thumb
