Booking system crashed. Had to do a ton of yucky admin work. Forgot to grab my lunch from the fridge on the way out this morning. Took baby em shopping so momma bear ( ) could get a workout in peace. After the dust of mid day settled I had a window to challenge myself, it was get it or don’t. What a perfect motivator.

I just hopped on and took off took 2 quick breaks and broke my personal goal. It’s not to impress you or anyone out there I just did it so I could still be and baby embers Superman and that’s all I needed to keep me trucking. Some of you put too much stress on what you’re doing. Find a “why”. Whatever your “why” Make it your reason to keep going. If you don’t have a “why” you’ll be spinning your wheels. Wondering what am I doing this for rather than enjoying the journey.
