MaxT3 Fitness Center Not just fitness, but whole health. Not just another gym, but a movement. Not just a workout, but a challenge. A new era of fitness has dawned.

MaxT3 is based on Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) and gets Maximum Results by applying the 3T’s: Time, Tempo, and Type. MaxT3’s Time, Tempo and Type allows us to turn the dials so that all of the workouts are short duration/high intensity while ensuring a strong metabolic effect. Adjust any of the 3 T’s and the workout can have a completely different effect. This is new understanding of fitness (

MetCon) targets your energy systems in a way no other workout can. This means the greatest results in a fraction of the time of conventional programs. This new fitness center will take MaxT3 to the highest level. The things we have planned for the center are incredibly exciting life-changing, and far-reaching. This MaxT3 Fitness Center will be a “beta” site, meaning it will be the first of its kind and additional locations will be born from what is done here at this center. The opportunity for you to become involved will allow you to receive the benefits for yourself and to be a part of a revolution in the exercise world. You will be an integral part of making the program a success and, in turn, having an impact on any future MaxT3 Centers. What to expect:
• Personal training in a group (we like to call it a team) workout environment
• Short duration, high intensity workouts (all with modification and support to ensure low risk of injury)
• 90 Day Challenge format complete with 5 Essentials Support Material – nutrition, meal plans, fitness tips, motivation, etc.
• A full assessment at the beginning and end of each 90 Day Challenge
• A new and exciting workout everyday – no boredom and NO PLATEAUS
• Much more…

I am so blessed to have been able to work with people at all ends of the exercise spectrum. From people with hip replacements, knee replacements, people who are massively overweight, have heart conditions, and suffer from arthritis to elite level athletes who compete at the Olympic level. I have been able to develop a program that will work for EVERYONE! It will challenge the beginner or the person with limitations and can still challenge the elite athlete to the point of utter exhaustion. It all depends on the 3T’s: Time, Tempo, and Type. By adjusting any of these T’s, you can dial up a specific level, a targeted hormonal response, and reach personal fitness goals. Remember, to find out more please plan to attend one of our MaxT3 “101” sessions every Thursday at 7PM at West Cobb Chiropractic (until the center is opened). 💀💀 Death by Burpee Bonus 💀💀

This is a great whole body bonus round. I did 25 of them for time but you can do more or less and even make it into a main workout.

Check it out.

Split Squat, Jump Squat, Double Banger (2 push ups), Jump Knee Tuck = 1

Do that 25 times. 😝

The maxT3 Fast Module is 6 movements, 1 minute each. A minute break then do the round for a second time.

Total time = 13:00

Total work time = 12:00 max

Total rest time 1:00 or as needed.

Great news maxT3 ers!!!! We are opening back up on Friday. Please note some schedule changes though:

-We will not have a 5:00am, 9:30am or 7:30 pm class for the time being. We will reassess once things are back to normal.
-all other classes are as usual.

Dr. Fred is going to continue to shoot online videos as well!

We miss you all so much and can’t wait to see you.
