MaxT3 is based on Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) and gets Maximum Results by applying the 3T’s: Time, Tempo, and Type. MaxT3’s Time, Tempo and Type allows us to turn the dials so that all of the workouts are short duration/high intensity while ensuring a strong metabolic effect. Adjust any of the 3 T’s and the workout can have a completely different effect. This is new understanding of fitness (
MetCon) targets your energy systems in a way no other workout can. This means the greatest results in a fraction of the time of conventional programs. This new fitness center will take MaxT3 to the highest level. The things we have planned for the center are incredibly exciting life-changing, and far-reaching. This MaxT3 Fitness Center will be a “beta” site, meaning it will be the first of its kind and additional locations will be born from what is done here at this center. I am so blessed to have been able to work with people at all ends of the exercise spectrum. From people with hip replacements, knee replacements, people who are massively overweight, have heart conditions, and suffer from arthritis to elite level athletes who compete at the Olympic level. I have been able to develop a program that will work for EVERYONE! It will challenge the beginner or the person with limitations and can still challenge the elite athlete to the point of utter exhaustion. It all depends on the 3T’s: Time, Tempo, and Type. By adjusting any of these T’s, you can dial up a specific level, a targeted hormonal response, and reach personal fitness goals.
