2023 is coming in hot, and we’ve got big plans for the new year. We’re planning to expand our adult fitness class options, times, and social events.

This group of youth hockey players is working hard in the off season so they’re prepared when they hit the ice with their Mid Fairfield teams in a few weeks. Improving their athleticism in the gym will translate to the ice and make them better, more injury resistant players. Great job, boys!
