Hey Yogis!
I’m back from my little hiatus. I missed YOU!😊

Fun fact- I’ll be heading back to the Schuylkill YMCA on Wednesdays at 5:15 to instruct Yoga. Join me, and together we’ll create calm and unity in the mind and body. 🧘‍♀️

Another fun fact- You can STILL find me Hawk Mountain Massage and Healing Center. We have a fabulous Galentine’s Day event coming up on February 12th.

Bring a friend or treat yourself to this morning of relaxation! 💖 💐

This 90 minute class will include a Restorative Yoga class with guided meditation AND a mini intro to crystals class, where you’ll choose your very own Crystal, from our friends at The Crystal Hub, to take home!

Some refreshments will be provided.

Yoga and your choice of crystal are included in the cost of registration.

As a bonus:
Marie and Claudia will be offering chair massages for an additional cost. PLUS- Donna will be joining in on the fun by bringing her elixirs, for purchase.
