I have been in dance for 15 years. My favorite part about dance is meeting new people, getting new costumes, and performing with my friends. After high school, I plan to attend a transition program. My first choice is Barnabas Prep collegiate program in Branson, MO. After completing a collegiate program, I would love to work with children in a preschool program.

🖤📣 HISTORY MADE IN POTTSVILLE 📣🖤

Tonight was something special. For the first time ever, Pottsville had a Unified Cheer Team, and they absolutely shined while performing at halftime of both the boys’ and girls’ basketball games.

Unified cheer isn’t just about routines and pom-poms. It’s about belonging. It’s about students with and without special needs standing side by side, learning from each other, lifting each other up, and showing our community what true teamwork looks like.

The impact goes far beyond the court.
💗 Confidence grows.
🫶🏼 Friendships form.
🫂 Empathy deepens.
💪🏻 And our entire community becomes stronger.

If you want proof, you didn’t even need to look at the floor. Just listen to the fans in the stands. The cheers, the applause, the pride in those voices said everything.

This is inclusion in action.
This is Pottsville showing up with heart.
And this is just the beginning. 🖤🏹📣
