Everyone is a leader! E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E!

You lead yourself first - either well or with room for improvement. .. Do you sometimes promise yourself you'll do something - then don't?
Do you sharpen your skills to make you more promotable? Or employable?
Or actively mitigate your own risk of being 'replaced by AI'?

You may lead others: regardless of your title, people may take your advice, follow your guidance, or simply look to you for perspective.

You could be leading leaders: as a C-suite executive, an owner, or part of a management team.

You carry weight and responsibility for deliverables and results.

Your job is to get the work done with and through a team.

If the joy of leading is overshadowed by the pressure and sense of being somewhat overwhelmed, either for yourself or your team, then I want to encourage you that those can be addressed and mitigated while results can still be improved- it takes an adjustment in skill, attitude, and behavior to do so.

I would love to have a conversation and see how we can help you get there.

You deserve more - and it's not that you haven't been trying -m it just needs someone with the clarity of distance to help you make this shift to gain a slight edge!

Nicole Kidman’s words reminded me of the 80’s lyrics by ELO – “Hold on tight to your dreams”. Do you remember these?

"When you get so down that you can't get up
And you want so much, but you're all out of luck
When you're so downhearted and misunderstood
Just over and over and over you go
Yeah, hold on tight to your dream, yeah
Hold on tight to your dream, yeah
When you see the shadows falling
When you hear that cold wind calling
Hold on tight to your dream"

Hold on tight, and off you go!

Curious about whether you have the right people in the right seats?

Curious about your current company culture and if it is benefiting the goals you have in your business?

Let's uncover a few gaps!
No pressure and no obligation - what can you lose if you explored possibility?

If you own a business or are second-in-charge in a business, this is for you.

Confidence seldom precedes action.

Sometimes confidence comes because you:
• Made the decision.
• Led the conversation.
• Set the boundary.
• Delegated the work.
• Followed through.
• Saw that you could do it.

The Keystone Leadership Accelerator is not about motivational hype.

It is about giving capable managers the tools, practice, and accountability to lead confidently.
Bringing measurable results to the business, not just the warm and fuzzy feeling.

Starts July 20. 12 weeks, consisting of weekly cohort sessions as well as 4 individual 1-on-1 coaching sessions.

Seats are limited.

As the business owner, you know you have people on your team with potential - you would be so proud of them stepping into it. - Let me help them get there.

SEVEN SIGNS YOUR MANAGER NEEDS MORE THAN TIME MANAGEMENT:

Here are seven signs a trusted manager may need leadership development—not another productivity app:

🤔 They work hard but regularly lose sight of the most important priorities. Firefighting and reactive.
🤔They are reluctant to make decisions without checking with the owner.
🤔They redo work rather than coaching the employee responsible for it.
🤔They avoid difficult conversations until a small problem becomes expensive.
🤔Their team brings every decision back to them.
🤔They accept responsibility for results but do not fully exercise their authority.
🤔They are becoming visibly stressed by a role they were once excited to accept.

These are not necessarily signs that you chose the wrong person. They are often signs that a capable person has been given growing responsibility without a structured process for developing the habits the new role requires.

On July 20, I am beginning **The Keystone Leadership Accelerator** for managers and second-in-command leaders in privately owned businesses.

This is not a motivational seminar.

It is a facilitated development process focused on practical application, behavioral change, and measurable results in the workplace.

Message me “MANAGER” to discuss whether someone on your team would be a good fit for this cohort.
