Like reclaiming land from the sea, reclaiming time begins with deciding what must be protected.

Cities did not try to hold back every inch of ocean at once. They identified what mattered, where the investment was justified, and what systems would be required to make that ground useful.

Leaders must do the same.

What in your day is truly worth reclaiming?
Time to think before reacting?
Time to lead instead of chase?
Time to work on the business instead of only in it?
Time to solve the right problems before confusion turns into friction?

Until you answer that, your day belongs to whatever waves pound against it hardest.

What an amazing time we had on Friday! Celebrating with our clients who had completed their programs here in the US.

Over the years we graduated literally 100's of clients, but this was our "Ribbon Cutting" celebration here in the US.

Thank you to the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce for letting us use the space!

Celebrating with our clients - it's not only about completing the program, although that is challenging and it is worth celebrating, we actually celebrate the results and changes to their business and personal lives. Clarity of goals, plans, and tools to make the days count and the work we all do meaningful!

As someone new to snow (and last year did not prepare me for this reality 🤣)
I love the beauty of it all..... Especially on big properties like this.
In the streets, in a few hours/days, I have to remind myself it's all just a cycle.

As in business and leadership, what seems 'true' or accurate right now will shift and change.
So nothing is a fixed point, everything changes and grows in seasons and cycles.

Even in the worst of struggles to launch or grow our business or product offering or market share...... It will come and it will go.
Leaning into what IS...allows us to launch rather than waste time waiting for 'better'.

You really don't need a coach! - However, it's often true that those who want a brighter or better future for themselves and their families, in business, sport, relationships..... have them.

I add clarity, accountability, and act as the 'blind-spot mirror'.

By the way: the root of the word coach is from 'coachman'. Their job was to take you from where you are , to where you wanted to go. :)

Born into a poor immigrant family, Paul J. Meyer spent much of his childhood working alongside migrant labourers in fields and orchards.
