A huge shout out to on her birthday and a late shout out for hitting an incredible milestone of attending 1500 classes!!!!!! Brooke works so hard and thought she could fly under the radar and reach this number unnoticed but not on my (Coach Brynna) watch. Next time you see her make sure you give her a happy birthday and huge congrats high five!

We have done so much celebrating around here this week, and we aren’t done yet! If you don’t know , you’re missing out! Brett is an extremely hard-working, dedicated, strong, just all-around nice guy! He puts his all into his training here at Kazam. And today, we get to celebrate him with his 1000th class 🎉🎉🎉 All guys class today too! Make sure you congratulate Brett on all his hard work the next time you see him 💪💪💪💪

Turkey day workout at Kazam!!! This crew started their day with Flip cup as a warm up (NO RUNNING was the best part) and a partner workout. We are so thankful to have such amazing members that make working out so much fun! 💪🏼🦃

This morning we had the absolute pleasure in hosting the girls club from !! Coach Brynna and coach Brooke had a blast with the girls for 2 hours. They got to play games, do an obstacle course, gymnastics movements, play, dance, have fun, and so much more, all while moving their bodies with physical activity! We all had so much fun. The girls learned a lot from us today, and we got to learn a lot from them as well. Such a perfect morning of exercise in the most fun way! As they were leaving they let us know “this was SO MUCH more fun than being in school” and we would have to agree!
