The past two weeks we have been taking on some fun challenges from the Guinness Book of World Records. Last week, we attempted to see how many jumping jacks we could get in 30 seconds. This week’s fun challenge was, how many air squats can you do in a minute!! in the Guinness Book of World Records, the record is 104 for men and 84 for women! How many do you think you could get in a minute?

A huge shout out to on her birthday and a late shout out for hitting an incredible milestone of attending 1500 classes!!!!!! Brooke works so hard and thought she could fly under the radar and reach this number unnoticed but not on my (Coach Brynna) watch. Next time you see her make sure you give her a happy birthday and huge congrats high five!
