With heavy hearts, we share the sad news of the passing of our dear Fitness 1440 member, Dr. Leo McCormick. Dr. Leo wasn’t just a member, he made a profound impact on so many of us with his kindness, dedication, and infectious positivity.
I will always cherish the moments when Dr. Leo would pull Jim and I aside to express how grateful he was for us and for the gym, saying it was a true haven that kept him strong and connected. We’re the ones who are eternally grateful to have known him, his warmth and wisdom touched our lives deeply, and he will be sorely missed by the entire Fitness 1440 family.
Dr. Leo’s spirit will live on here through the beautiful plants he generously brought in to brighten our space. We’ll care for them with love in his honor, ensuring his legacy grows with us every day. We send prayers and love to his wife, Christine and his family. Rest in peace, Dr. Leo. 💔🌿🌸🌺
