Join Kimberly for Community Yoga (C.Y.) at 9 am on Saturday, September 12th and Sunday Morning Flow at 8 am on September 13th in the Trillium yoga room at 42 1/2 Elm Street in Potsdam, NY. Donations are welcomed and appreciated for C.Y. The drop-in rate for SMF is $12 per class.

Sunday, September 6:
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm - Earth and Echo Shamanic Drumming and Cello. Join Alisa Woods-Darie and Casey Sweeney for a deeply restorative sound immersion where the acoustic resonance of cello meets the grounding pulse of the shamanic drum. $25 Preregistration required, [email protected]

4:00 pm - 5:30 pm Ecstatic Dance with Morgan Doyle and Joya Blondel, all are welcome, no pre-registration required. Suggested donation $10.
