Unfortunately we are canceling our 5pm Yin Yoga class for this evening.
We encourage you to find a quiet place and allow yourself to get still and carve out some time for a practice at home.
We will be back on schedule Tuesday at 4pm for our beginner class.

Teacher's Night Out is tomorrow and we cannot wait to welcome our local teachers and staff for a FREE Yin yoga class at 5pm.
Come and let all the stresses and worries of the day and week melt away in these deep stretches.
We want to honor you and we hope that you carve away some time for yourself to get quiet and still.
We will see you tomorrow evening, class will start promptly at 5pm.
Then after class, step next door for some great specials with A.M. edition and Mudprint Pottery.
