Just a heads up to everyone. No training on Mon due to schools being closed for Labor Day. Training will resume on Wed. Have a good weekend all!!

Thurs is our last day at the temporary location. We're going to make it a fun session. Wear as much white as you can because we're going to roll in the glow in the dark lights. Also we plan on using the laser room. Last day of training in Ramadan and we are going to make it a fun day. Alberto and Reza will be wearing body paint like 1980's WWF stars.

Glow in the dark rolling on Mon! Come thru. Try to be at the temporary location at 730 so we can warm up in the garage rather then spend that time in the gym.
