Hi! Hope that everyone is staying healthy and sane. As many of you know, Golds has terminated all of its instructors who are not currently teaching. I hope that the process to get rehired is easy because I can’t wait to come back. In the meantime, I have been loving these YouTube workouts. Of course it’s not the same as all being together but still a fun workout. Enjoy!
