Playing a sport and ready to improve? Ty Jordan has designed holistic programs for individuals ranging from youth and high school levels, to professional competitors. Programs include a three day lifting plan, a two day speed and agility plan, and a five day holistic program integrating lifting and speed and agility training. Each cycle is designed for the individual athlete and the sport they play. Ty the trainer offers both individual and team training. Ty has trained many athletes of all levels. Ready to get strong? Our lifting and fitness training programs include Olympic lifts and Olympic strength training to get you fit. These programs are an excellent way to gain strength and become more athletic. Additionally, we help with a wide variety of injuries to shoulders, knees, and other joints or soft tissues that require additional assistance post-rehabilitation. Everyone Gets A Reputation. What will
yours be? After a certain amount of time people will form an opinion of you. What will they say about you? Do you want to be the best player? Do you hustle every play? Are you a detailed player? Are you tough minded or do you get rattled easily? Do you play thru adversity or do you give up? Are you a team player and can they depend on you when needed? Do you take practice seriously and take no plays off? Are you coachable?

So what is you reputation? You have to protect it with your life. Once you get one, good or bad, it's difficult to shake it and change people's minds otherwise.

This is the biggest life lesson from sport and athletics I try to teach not only my son and daughter, but every athlete I train whether I address it directly or indirectly. We have to take enough time & care to teach theses principles so they learn especially in the developmental stages.
I try to give them something they can use in life, not just physical aspect of training but the mental and most important. Instill in them something that will get them thru ups and downs in life. The true meaning of what sports and athletics mean.
